Scott Billings, EA President Scott Billings has been a tax practitioner for ten years.  He passed the Enrolled Agent Exam in 2003.  After working for 8 years at a San Rafael CPA firm, Scott formed his own corporation, Billings & Associates, Inc.  He merged his practice with Charles E Locati & Associates in 2009.  Scott was raised in Mill Valley and graduated from Tamalpais High School in 1982. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University, Chico. Scott   is currently enrolled at Golden Gate University, nearing completion of a Masters of Science degree in Taxation.  Additionally , Scott is a CPA candidate and is eligible to sit for the CPA exam.
Charles Locati, EA Senior Tax Associate Charles Locati has been a tax practitioner in Mill Valley since 1974.  In 1981, Charles formed his corporation Charles E Locati & Associates, Inc.  In 2009 Charles E Locati & Associates merged with Billings & Associates. Charles was raised in Mill Valley and graduated from Tam High in 1964.  He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Golden Gate University.  He passed the Enrolled Agent Exam in 1981.
Anne Marie Klahr Receptionist Anne Marie started working for Charles E Locati & Assocites, Inc in 2001. Anne Marie handles the assemlby and distribution of tax returns.  She also is in charge of scheduling and maintaining our appointments.  She will greet you with a warm smile and a friendly voice and she loves chocolate.
Toni Postel Tax Associate Toni started working for Billings & Locati in 2009.  This wil be Toni's 5th tax season.  She worked the prior 4 years for a CPA Firm in San Rafael.  She also has bookkeeping experience and she successfully completed several quickbooks courses.  After completing the H&R Block tax school she became a CTEC certified tax preparer.  She  is planning to sit for the Enrolled Agent Exam in the summer of 2010.
